摘  要:为在有限的战斗部空间内提升聚能装药战斗部对装甲的侵彻能力,提出一种隔板-药型罩贴合式新型聚能战斗部结构。采用LS-DYNA软件对新型聚能战斗部结构进行数值模拟研究,并通过正交优化设计探究4个药型罩结构因素对射流成型形态的影响。结果表明:最优药型罩结构参数为上锥角2α=24°、下锥角2β=90°、药型罩壁厚t=2 mm、上下药型罩口径比d/D=0.4,且当炸高为3倍装药直径时,对45#钢靶板极限侵彻深度可达686.2 mm。研究结果对聚能战斗部设计具有一定的指导意义。In order to improve the penetration ability of a shaped charge warhead to armor in a limited warhead space,a new shaped charge warhead structure with waveshaper-liner linked was proposed.The new shaped charge warhead structure was numerically simulated by LS-DYNA software,and the influence of four shaped hood structure factors on the jet forming morphology was explored by orthogonal optimization design.The results show that the optimal shaped hood structure parameters are upper cone angle 2α=24°,lower cone angle 2β=90°,liner wall thickness t=2 mm,and the upper and lower shaped hood caliber ratio d/D=0.4.When the blast height is 3 times the charge diameter,the maximum penetration depth to 45#steel target plate can reach 686.2 mm.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design of shaped charge warhead.
