摘  要:为研究JH-2压装工艺孔隙分布及生成原因,采用MSC.Marc软件、Shima-Oyane屈服准则对聚黑-2压装过程进行有限元仿真模拟分析,并设计实验进行药柱制备,对其进行电子显微镜、微观元素测定、微CT扫描表征。仿真及表征结果显示,药柱下部表面出现大颗粒晶体,横切面孔隙多集中于轴线附近,药粉的位移最大值为9.901 mm,回弹量为总位移的0.99%,最大等效塑性应变为0.6239,最大等效弹性应变0.04227;药柱平均相对密度0.970 g/cm 3,微CT扫描表明孔隙裂纹集中于药柱内部,最大孔隙体积占比为8.5825%,最小为3.5311%,平均6.9745%。压装药柱上模冲处靠近阴模位置成形质量较好,其受到的合力更利于药柱压实;靠轴线处受单向压力作用位移较大并受到回弹影响,相对密度较低。下模冲处靠近阴模附近成形质量较差,受到上层压力不足易产生大颗粒晶体。由于所受压力不均匀及粘合剂、空气流动性影响,孔隙、裂纹集中于药柱内部,表面以点状孔隙为主。In order to study the pore distribution and formation reasons of JH-2 pressing process,the Shima-Oyane yield criterion of MSC.Marc software was used to conduct finite element simulation and simulation analysis of the JH-2 pressing process,and the experiment was designed to prepare the powder column and characterize it by microscope,microscopic element determination and CT scan.The results of simulation and characterization show that large granular crystals appear on the lower surface of the powder column,and the pores in the cross-section are mostly concentrated near the axis.The maximum displacement of powder is 9.901 mm,the rebound is 0.99%of the total displacement.The maximum equivalent plastic strain is 0.6239 and the maximum equivalent elastic strain is 0.04227.The average relative density of the drug column is 0.970 g/cm 3.CT scan showed that the pore cracks were concentrated in the inside of the column.The maximum pore volume was 8.5825%,the minimum pore volume was 3.5311%,and the average pore volume was 6.9745%.The forming quality of the upper part of the charge column near the sleeve is better,and the resultant force is more conducive to powder compaction.The powder near the axis is affected by the unidirectional pressure and the rebound,and the relative density is low.The forming quality of the lower part near the sleeve is poor,and it is easy to produce large particle crystals due to insufficient upper pressure.
