摘 要:膛口噪声严重危害射手生理健康,且在战斗中极易暴露射手位置,为降低膛口噪声的不利影响,亟需设计性能优异的消声设备。通过CFD-CAA耦合算法计算了一款7.62 mm狙击枪的膛口噪声声压级,并通过实验证明了计算模型的准确性;探究了消声器的不同结构对膛口流场速度、压力分布的影响,结构相近但消声碗顶部与底部直径不同时,消声效果相差5~8 dB;分析了不同结构消声器性能产生差异的原因;通过进一步对比其噪声指向性差异,得出了消声器对膛口噪声分布的影响规律,所得结论对消声器的结构优化具有一定借鉴意义。Muzzle noise seriously harms the physiological health of the shooter,and the position of the shooter is easily exposed in the battle.In order to reduce the adverse effects of muzzle noise,it is necessary to design excellent noise reduction equipment.The sound pressure level of a 7.62 mm sniper gun muzzle noise was calculated by CFD-CAA,and the reliability of the calculation model was proved by experiments.The influence of mufflers with different structures on the velocity and pressure distribution of the muzzle flow field was investigated,when the structure was similar but the diameter of the top and bottom of the bowl was different,the noise reduction effect was different by 5~8 dB;And the reasons for the difference in the performance of mufflers with different structures were analyzed.By further comparing the difference of noise directivity,the influence law of muffler on the noise distribution at the mouth of the bore was obtained,and the conclusion has certain reference significance for the structure optimization of muffler.
