摘 要:针对新型高射速转管炮发射时后坐力高、外能源驱动功耗大的问题,设计了一种多功能膛口装置,利用膛口火药气体能量为高射速转管炮提供制退及助旋作用。利用Fluent软件对膛口装置进行了三维仿真模拟。基于仿真得到的膛口流场,分析膛口火药气体的分布及激波的形成过程。仿真过程中监测膛口装置受力和侧孔射流参数,计算其制退效率为53.03%,同时可提供助旋平均力矩1442.17 N·m。建立转管武器后坐运动简化模型,计算连发状态下转管武器后坐运动特性,结果显示添加膛口装置后,最大后坐阻力从191 kN减小到127 kN,最大后坐位移从10 mm减小到4.3 mm。Aiming at the problems of high recoil and high-power consumption of external energy drive when the new high fire rate gatling gun is fired,a multifunctional muzzle device is designed,which utilizes the gunpowder gas energy to provide the high fire rate gatling gun with the function of recoil and rotation.Fluent software was used to simulate the muzzle device in three-dimensional simulation.Based on the simulated muzzle flow field,the distribution of gunpowder gas in the muzzle and the formation process of shock wave are analyzed.During the simulation process,the force and side hole jet parameters of the muzzle device are monitored,and its recoil control efficiency is calculated to be 53.03%,and the average moment of rotate assist can be provided to be 1442.17 N·m.A simplified model of recoil motion of the gatling gun is established to calculate the recoil motion characteristics of the gatling gun under the continuous firing state,and the results show that the maximum recoil resistance is reduced from 191 kN to 127 kN,and the maximum recoil displacement is reduced from 10 mm to 4.3 mm after the addition of the muzzle device.
