摘　　要：沁水河是牟平境内第一大河,发源于昆嵛山西麓山谷。它从南部山地陡落平原,时有水患。据明代《宁海州志》记载:"春夏泛涨为患,洪武年间以乡民解颙奏,筑长堤一百五十丈。永乐十四年,吏目汪善应复奏,增修三百五十七丈,阔一丈五尺。"白此水患大减,下游百姓始得安居乐业。Qinshui River,the largest river in the territory of Muping,originates from the valley at the western foothill of Kunyu Mountain.Descend-ing on the plain from the southern hilly area,it was flooding from time to time.As recorded in Annals of Ninghai Prefecture,The river floods in spring and autumn and threatens a disaster.As proposed by a villager called Xie Yong in the Reign of Hongwu(1368-1398),a causeway in the length of 150 zhang(500 meters)was built.
