摘　　要：数智化平台基于数据要素、算力和算法,形成一种先进的数字生产力,在深度媒介化的社会经济活动中起主导作用。平台通过优化配置资源、提高效率,推动传统产业的数智化转型,也率先布局新兴产业和未来产业,在复合创新机制中孕育新质生产力。但当下,数智化平台的转型发展又主要受到平台资本主导下的生产关系的限制,包括数据生产资料互通机制受阻、和谐数智生态的延宕生成以及数智化生产关系下社会再分配制度的不完善。因此,数智化平台作为推动生产力发展的核心引擎,需着重构建数据资料的混合所有制,以多元化的资源整合提升平台效能;在高标准的市场环境中打造和谐的数智生态,促进各参与方的良性互动与共赢;通过完善再分配体系,赋能平台化劳动组合的转型升级,最终推动新质生产力的持续蓬勃发展。Based on data elements,computing power and algorithms,the digital intelligence platform has formed an advanced digital productivity,which plays a leading role in deeply mediated social and economic activities.The platform promotes the digital transformation of traditional industries by optimizing the allocation of resources and improving efficiency.It also takes the lead in the layout of emerging industries and future industries,and breeds new productive forces in the compound innovation mechanism.However,at present,the transformation and development of the digital intelligence platform is mainly constrained by the production relations dominated by the platform capital,including the obstruction of the data production and data exchange mechanism,the delay of the harmonious digital intelligence ecology and the insufficiency of the social redistribution system in the context of digital intelligence production relations.Therefore,as the core engine to promote the development of productive forces,the digital intelligence platform needs to focus on building a mixed ownership of data and information to improve the efficiency of the platform with diversified resource integration.At the same time,these efforts will help to create a harmonious digital intelligence ecology in a high-standard market environment and promote the positive interaction as well as win-win situation for all participants,which,in turn,will improve the redistribution system,empower transformation,upgrade the platform-based labor combination and ultimately drive the continuous and vigorous development of new quality productive forces.
