摘　　要：China issued a regulation prohibiting(禁止)minors(未成年人)from getting tattooed(文身),which took effect on 6 June,2022.“Minors will not be allowed to get tattooed even if their parents agree with them,”the Ministry of Civil Affairs said.“As minors are persons with little or no civil capacity,getting tattooed is beyond their understanding,”the ministry said.
