摘　　要：近年来,青岛坚持把科技创新摆在发展全局的核心位置,大力实施创新驱动发展战略,科技对经济社会发展的支撑作用显著增强.科创实力雄厚青岛连续4年位列国家创新型城市十强、13次入选"外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市";在全球创新指数百强科技集群榜单上,青岛位居全球第20位、全国第8位,是近5年国内位次跃升最快的城市.Qingdao boasts a robust foundation in scientific innovation,with abundant resources and a well-developed tech ecosystem.In recent years,the city has prioritized technological innovation as a central pillar of its growth strategy,launching an innovation-driven development agenda aimed at establishing a highly competitive technology hub.To this end,Qingdao has issued the Action Plan for Building a Technology-Driven City,introducing a comprehensive package of policies spanning areas like results commercialization,marine technology,R&D investment,and tech finance.These policies support project development,platform building,technological advancement,and talent acqui-sition with a more powerful,multifaceted approach.
