摘　　要：秋播秋种时节,黄河北的农田上方,无人机精准高效播酒农药;周末假期,跟着“泉”在济南小程序在线打卡泉城景点;日常生活中,社区里的独居老人通过手机“一键”呼叫网格员;如今,像这样方便、高效的生活方式,已经成为济南人的日常。这些与我们息息相关的“小而美”的细节,正是数字济南建设带给我们最真实可感、最容易触及的场景。从工业智能制造到智慧城市管理,从电子政务到5G应用赋能……在数字技术全方位赋能之下,一场有关生产方式、生活方式和城市治理方式的深刻变革正在改变着济南这座千年古城。Cities serve as comprehensive platforms for advancing the construction of a digital China.In May this year,the National Development and Reform Commission,along with four other departments,jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Development of Smart Cities and Promoting Urban-Wide Digital Transformation."This marks a new phase of accelerated digital transformation across entire urban areas.It also signifies that promoting the digital transformation and smart development of cities is a crucial strategy for building new competitive advantages in the future.
