摘　　要：2024年度中国政府友谊奖颁奖仪式于9月30日在人民大会堂举行。济南市俄罗斯籍外国专家亚历山大·赖科夫先生获此殊荣。亚历山大·赖科夫先生为新一代信息技术领域专家,2022年起全职担任济南超级计算技术研究院首席科学家,承担国家级科研项目2项,依托“济南市高性能工业软件重点实验室”“济南市视频与视觉技术重点实验室”“赖科夫院士工作室”等平台,带领团队从事人工智能算法研究、光学人工智能基础理论与应用研究。科研成果已在化工、钢铁、数字经济等行业落地应用,帮助企业解决多项关键技术难题。The 2024 Ceremony of the Chinese Government,Friendship Award was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on September 30.Prof.Alexander Rykov,a Russian national and foreign expert based in Jinan,was honored with the award.Mr.Alexander Rykov is an expert in new-generation information technology and has served as the chief scientist at the Jinan Institute of Supercomputing Technology since 2022.He has undertaken two national-level scientific research projects and leads a team focused on artificial intelligence algorithm research and the foundational theory and applications of optical artificial intelligence.
