摘　　要：聂阳戏称自己是“蘑菇匠”——山东农业大学食用菌专业研究生。毕业后的他,带着对农村的热爱、对农业的情结,与两位志同道合的师弟放弃了留在城市的就业机会,发起成立山东三生万物生物科技有限公司(以下简称“三生万物科技”)。他们扎根农村,专注于食用菌的育种、种植、产销对接、技术培训和产业扶贫,让农户“种出来、卖出去、挣到钱”,用小蘑菇释放出的大“蘑”力,为乡村产业振兴贡献着青春力量。Nie Yang humorously refers to himself as a"mushroom craftsman"-he is,in fact,a postgraduate alumnus of Shandong Agricultural University,specializing in edible fungi.After graduation,driven by his passion for rural life and the enthusiasm of agriculture,Nie Yang and two like-minded classmates chose to forego urban employment opportunities.Instead,they founded Shandong Sansheng Everything Biotechnology Co.Ltd.,dedicating themselves to the countryside.They focus on mushroom breeding,cultivation,marketing,technical training,and industrial poverty alleviation,ensuring that farmers can"grow,sell,and earn."With small mushrooms releasing great potential,they contribute their youthful energy to the revitalization of the rural economy.
