摘　　要：中国银行业协会有序推进自律规范制定、执行、督查全过程;主动服务金融法治建设,多种形式、多种渠道全力维护银行业合法权益;充分发挥行业与监管之间的桥梁纽带作用,促进相关政策有效贯彻执行;围绕行业需求痛点,深入研究各业务条线发展趋势,服务质效不断提升;持续推进高水平国际交流合作,有效提升中国银行业国际影响力;着力培养既具有全球视野又熟悉实际情况的高素质专业化银行家队伍;切实加强党对协会工作的领导,促进党建与业务深度融合、互促共进,坚决落实巡视审计要求,补足各项制度短板弱项。Over the past six years,China Banking Association(CBA)has orderly advanced the entire process of formulating,implementing and supervising self-regulatory norms;actively serve the construction of the rule of law in finance,and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the banking industry in various forms and through a variety of channels;fully leveraged its role as a bridge between the industry and the authorities to facilitate the effective implementation of relevant policies;conducted in-depth research on the development trends of various business lines centering on the industry's needs and pain points,continuously improving service quality and efficiency;continued to promote high-level international exchanges and cooperation,effectively enhancing the international influence of China's banking industry;made great efforts to cultivate high-quality professionals with both a global perspective and a deep understanding of domestic realities;and practically strengthened the leadership of the Party over the work of the CBA,promoting the in-depth integration of Party building and business operations,resolutely implementing the inspection and audit requirements,and addressing various institutional shortcomings and weaknesses.
