农业科研档案助力乡村振兴的成效与启示——以中国热带农业科学院科研档案资源开发利用为例

摘　　要：农业科研档案是农业科技资源数据的载体,是农业科技创新成果的检验。高效开发与利用农业科技资源数据,是科技创新支撑乡村振兴的具体表现。本文以中国热带农业科学院为例,通过分析中国热带农业科学院农业科研档案助力乡村振兴所取得的成效,归纳出乡村振兴背景下农业科研档案资源开发利用存在的问题,最后从营造氛围、提升水平、加快信息化、创新方式等方面提出农业科研院所农业科研档案资源助力乡村振兴的建议,以期为农业科研院所农业科研档案服务乡村振兴提供借鉴。Agricultural Scientific research archives are the carrier of scientific and technological resource data,the test of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.Efficient development and utilization of agricultural scientific and technological resource data is the concrete performance of scientific and technological innovation to support rural revitalization.Taking the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the development and utilization of agricultural scientific research archive resources under the background of rural revitalization by analyzing the achievements made by the agricultural scientific research archives of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences on rural revitalization.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for agricultural research institutes'agricultural research archives resources to serve rural revitalization from the aspects of creating atmosphere,improving level,accelerating informatization and innovating methods,so as to provide reference for agricultural research institutes'agricultural research archives to serve rural revitalization.
