摘　　要：I am head of human rights department at Cuba’s Foreign Affairs Ministry.Along with senior officials from 50 countries and regions,I recently visited Beijing and some cities and towns in east China’s Zhejiang Province during a one-week training program.It enabled us to learn about the central and local governments’promotion and protection of human,economic,social,cultural,and environmental rights.
