摘　　要：十七世纪五六十年代,外喀尔喀发生内乱,一些封建领主为躲避战乱率领部众穿越戈壁,归附清朝。清廷也不失时机地为来归的喀尔喀人封爵、授地、比丁编佐,将其纳入统治之下。在当时归附清朝的喀尔喀封建领主中有和托辉特部硕垒乌巴什珲台吉之子衮布伊勒登。清廷起初封衮布伊勒登为多罗贝勒,暂居达尔汗亲王本塔尔旗,又令其附牧于敖汉旗。但他似乎并未遵命前往敖汉旗,而是同其他归附清朝的喀尔喀人驻牧西拉沐沦河源达里湖一带,形成了以巴尔布冰图之子素诺木贝勒为扎萨克的喀尔喀旗。1690年乌兰布统战役时期被噶尔丹博硕克图汗袭击,因难以生存之故,衮布伊勒登之子罗卜藏贝勒奏请清廷,迁居察哈尔扎萨克旗故地,始建喀尔喀左翼旗。J In the 1650s and 1660s,internal conflicts erupted in the Outer Khalkha,prompting many feudal lords to flee the war and seek refuge by crossing the Gobi Desert to submit to the Qing Dynasty.The Qing Dynasty seized the opportunity to grant titles and land,enumerate adult males and establish the Sumu organization on the incoming Khalkha people,integrating them into its rule.Among those who submitted was Gumbiu Ildeng,son of the Soloi uabasi qung tayi i of the Qotoyoyid tribe.Initially,the Qing Dynasty appointed Gumbu Ildeng as a TorüBeyile,temporarily residing in the Darqan cin Wang Bontar Banner,and then ordered him to immigrate to the Aohan Banner.However,Gumbu Ildeng did not comply and instead settled with other Khalkha people who had submitted to the Qing Dynasty in the area around the source of the sira-Müren River and the Dal Naur Lake,forming a Khalkha banner led by Sonom beyile,the son of Balbu Bingtu.During the Battle of Ulayan botong in 1690,they were attacked by Galdan Bosoytu Qaan,and had difficulty surviving,so Gimbu Ildeng-s son,Lobsang beyile,petitioned the Qing court to move to the previously abolished caqar banner and established the Khalkha Left Bannr.
