摘　　要：目的本研究旨在调查食管贲门癌术后患者自我效能感现状并探讨其影响因素,以期提高食管贲门癌术后患者自我效能感,提升患者生活质量。方法选取周口市中心医院2022年8月至2024年8月收治的70例食管贲门癌术后患者为研究对象。研究工具为一般资料调查表、社会支持评定量表和自我效能感量表。采用SPSS 25.0进行数据处理,t检验、单因素方差分析和多因素线性回归进行食管贲门癌术后患者的自我效能感影响因素分析。结果食管贲门癌术后患者的自我效能感处于中等水平,其中男性、合并有基础疾病、低水平社会支持的患者自我效能感得分更低。性别、合并基础疾病及社会支持程度是患者自我效能感得分的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论食管贲门癌患者术后的自我效能感处于中等水平,可能受性别、合并基础疾病及社会支持程度等因素影响,应尽量关注并满足食管贲门癌患者心理、生理及日常需求,提升患者的自我效能感,改善患者生活质量。Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of self-efficacy in patients after esophagogastric junction cancer surgery and to explore its influencing factors,with the goal of improving self-efficacy and enhancing the quality of life for these patients.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent surgery for esophagogastric junction cancer at Zhoukou Central Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected for this study.The research tools included a general information questionnaire,the Social Support Rating Scale,and the Self-Efficacy Scale.SPSS 25.0 was used for data processing,involving t-tests,one-way analysis of variance,and multiple linear regression analysis to identify factors affecting self-efficacy in these patients.Results The self-efficacy levels of patients after esophagogastric junction cancer surgery were found to be at a moderate level.Specifically,male patients,those with comorbid conditions,and those experiencing low levels of social support had significantly lower self-efficacy scores.Factors such as gender,comorbid conditions,and levels of social support were significant influences on patients'self-efficacy scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy among patients after esophagogastric junction cancer surgery is at a moderate level and may be influenced by gender,the presence of comorbid conditions,and levels of social support.It is important to focus on meeting the psychological,physiological,and daily needs of these patients to enhance their self-efficacy and improve their overall quality of life.
