摘　　要：机体的昼夜节律主要受生物钟基因的调控,是生物进化的结果,在维持生物体正常功能中起重要作用。当昼夜节律受到干扰或失调时,就会产生不利的健康后果。目前研究发现生物钟基因介导的昼夜节律紊乱在急性炎症性疾病的发生发展中起重要调控作用,例如脓毒症、缺血/再灌注损伤、新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)等。该文综述了近年来生物钟基因在急性炎症性疾病中的研究进展,并探讨靶向生物钟基因在治疗炎症相关性疾病中的作用以及尚存在的问题。The circadian rhythm of the body is mainly regulated by the biological clock gene,which is the result of biological evolution and plays an important role in maintaining the normal function of the organism.When the circadian rhythm is disturbed or disordered,it will produce adverse health consequences.The current researches find that circadian rhythm disorder mediated by biological clock gene plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of acute inflammatory diseases,such as sepsis,ischemia-reperfusion injury and COVID-19.This paper reviews the research progress of biological clock gene in acute inflammatory diseases in recent years,and discusses the role of targeted biological clock gene in the treatment of inflammatory related diseases and the existing problems.
