摘　　要：几丁质酶-3样蛋白-1(chitinase-3 like protein-1,CHI3L1)是一种与炎症反应相关的蛋白质,研究发现其参与多种炎症性疾病、肿瘤和神经退行性疾病的病理生理过程,在这些疾病的诊断和治疗中具有一定的研究价值和前景。本文回顾CHI3L1与多种疾病发生和发展的关系。Chitinase-3-like protein-1(CHI3L1)is a protein associated with inflammatory responses,the research finds it participates in the pathophysiological processes of various inflammatory diseases,cancers,and neurodegenerative diseases,and it holds significant research value and prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.This article reviews the relationship between CHI3L1 and the onset and progression of multiple diseases.
