摘　　要：风湿性心脏病是一种严重影响患者生活质量和生命健康的心脏瓣膜疾病。彩色多普勒超声作为一种重要的影像学检查手段,在风湿性心脏病的诊断、治疗及术后评估中发挥着关键作用。本文详细阐述了彩色多普勒超声在风湿性心脏病手术前后的应用,包括病情评估、手术指征判断、手术方案制订、术后疗效评估、并发症监测及术后随访管理等方面,并深入探讨了其临床意义,旨在为临床医师提供更全面的参考,以提高风湿性心脏病的诊疗水平。Rheumatic heart disease is a kind of heart valve disease that seriously affects the quality of life and health of patients.As an important means of imaging examination,color Doppler ultrasound plays a key role in the diagnosis,treatment and postoperative evaluation of rheumatic heart disease.This paper describes in detail the application of color Doppler ultrasound before and after rheumatic heart disease surgery,including condition assessment,surgical indication judgment,surgical plan formulation,postoperative efficacy evaluation,complications monitoring and postoperative follow-up management,and further discusses its clinical significance,aiming to provide a more comprehensive reference for clinicians to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic heart disease.
