摘  要:目的:探讨甲状腺鳞癌高频超声(US)、超声造影图像特征与病理的相关性。方法:结合文献回顾性分析2022年8月8日德州市第二人民医院收治的经穿刺病理证实的1例甲状腺鳞癌患者的US表现及组织病理学特征。结果:病理表现为大部坏死组织为主,巢状排列瘤细胞;US表现为甲状腺内一质硬、边缘毛糙实性结节,与气管紧邻边界不清;彩色多普勒血流成像显示:结节周边见动脉丰富血流信号;同时双颈部均见多处转移淋巴结;超声造影表现为较正常甲状腺组织慢进快出高回声影像。结论:US和超声造影表现有一定的特征性,且与病理特征密切关系,最终诊断还有赖于病理结果。Objective To explore the correlation between high-frequency ultrasound(US)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging features and pathology in thyroid squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The US manifestations and histopathological features of 1 case of patient with thyroid squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by puncture pathology admitted to Dezhou Second People's Hospital on August 8,2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The pathological manifestation was mainly necrotic tissue with nest like arrangement of tumor cells;US presents as a hard,rough edged solid nodule within the thyroid gland,with unclear boundaries adjacent to the trachea;color Doppler flow imaging showed:abundant arterial blood flow signals were observed around the nodule;multiple metastatic lymph nodes were observed in both neck regions simultaneously;ultrasound contrast imaging shows slow wash-in and fast wash-out of high echo genicity compared to normal thyroid tissue.Conclusion US and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have certain characteristics and are closely related to pathological features.The final diagnosis also depends on the pathological results.
