原发性与继发性不孕症患者的“一站式”子宫输卵管超声造影结果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较原发性与继发性女性不孕症患者的“一站式”子宫输卵管超声造影结果。方法:回顾性收集2023年9月—2024年6月于惠州市中心人民医院超声医学科行“一站式”超声造影检查的112例不孕症患者的临床及超声影像资料,根据疾病类型分为原发组(44例)与继发组(68例),均进行“一站式”子宫输卵管超声造影,比较两组患者的内膜厚度、内膜分型、宫腔异常率、卵巢异常率及输卵管异常率。结果:两组内膜厚度及内膜分型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。原发组的宫腔异常率、卵巢异常率均高于继发组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组的输卵管异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:“一站式”子宫输卵管超声造影能够鉴别原发性与继发性不孕症患者,为后续制定个体化、精准化的治疗方案提供重要参考信息。Objective To compare the results of'one-step'hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in patients with primary and secondary female infertility.Methods The clinical and ultrasonic imaging data of 112 infertility patients who underwent'one-stop'hysterosalpingocontrast sonography in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine,Huizhou Central People's Hospital from September 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected.According to the type of disease,they were divided into primary group(44 cases)and secondary group(68 cases).All patients underwent'one-stop'hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography.The endometrial thickness,endometrial classification,uterine cavity abnormality rate,ovarian abnormality rate and tubal abnormality rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and endometrial classification between the two groups(P>0.05).The abnormal rates of uterine cavity and ovary in the primary group were higher than those in the secondary group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of fallopian tube between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion One-stop hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography can identify patients with primary and secondary infertility,and provide important reference information for the subsequent formulation of individualized and precise treatment plans.
