摘　　要：桂枝茯苓丸出自东汉末年著名医家张机(字仲景)的《金匮要略•妇人妊娠病脉证并治第二十》,为瘀血内阻所设的代表方,有活血化瘀、缓消癥块之功。是方药简力专,方中仅五味药:桂枝、茯苓、白芍、牡丹皮、桃仁,在配伍上于温通活血之中寓凉血养血之法,消补并行,渐消缓散。临床常用于治疗慢性盆腔炎、妇科肿瘤、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征、不孕症等妇科疾病,临床疗效显著。近年来,很多学者对桂枝茯苓丸的药理作用进行了研究,发现其具有调节机体免疫、调节内分泌、抗炎、抑制前列腺增生、扩张脑血管、修复脑损伤、改善微循环、抗凝、抑制自发性高血压、改善心室重构和抑制肿瘤转移等药理作用。大量临床资料表明,桂枝茯苓丸的应用不仅局限于妇科,还可辨证用于治疗呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统和神经系统及皮肤病等。在临床应用中尚未发现有明显的不良反应,其剂型多样,患者服用方便,选择性高,加减方在临床各领域有广泛应用,且疗效甚佳。研究旨在总结桂枝茯苓丸在除妇科之外其他临床各科的应用概况,为经方新用提供新思路。Guizhi Fuling pills(桂枝茯苓丸)is derived from the famous physician ZHANG Ji’s Synopsis of Golden Chamber:GTreatment of Women’s Pregnancy Syndrome and Meridian Syndrome Chapter 20 in the late Eastern Han Dynasty.It is a representative formula designed for blood stasis and internal obstruction,and has the function of promoting blood circulation,resolving blood sta-sis,and relieving symptoms.This prescription is simple and the effect is significant.There are only five herbs in it:Guizhi(Cassia twig),Fuling(Tuckahoe),Baishao(Paeony),Mudanpi(Cortex moutanae)and Taoren(peach kernel).In its compatibility,it combines the method of cooling and nourishing blood with the method of warming and promoting blood circulation,and gradually dissipates and relaxes.Clinically,it is com-monly used to treat gynecological diseases such as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,gynecological tumors,endometriosis,polycystic ovary syndrome,infertility,etc,which is with significant clinical efficacy.In recent years,many scholars have studied the pharmacological effects of Guizhi Fuling pills and found that they have pharmacological effects such as regulating the body’s immune system,regulating endocrine function,anti-inflammatory effect,inhibiting prostate hyperplasia,expanding cerebral blood vessels,repairing brain damage,improving microcirculation,anticoagulation,inhibiting spontaneous hypertension,improving ventricular remodeling,and inhibiting tumor metastasis.A large amount of mod-ern clinical data indicates that the application of Guizhi Fuling pills is not limited only in gynecology,but can also be dialectically used to treat respiratory system diseases,cardiovascular system diseases,digestive system diseases,urogenital system diseases,skin diseases,and neurological diseases.Guizhi Fuling pills,as one of the classic gynecological formulas,has not yet been found to have obvious adverse reactions in clinical ap-plication.Its dosage forms are diverse,which is convenient for patients to take,and its selectivity is high.Its modi
