摘 要:目的探讨亚低温联合纳美芬对重型颅脑损伤患者血清Tau蛋白、星型胶质源性蛋白(S100B)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法将80例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予亚低温联合纳美芬治疗,均治疗7 d。比较2组治疗前及治疗后1、3、7 d血清Tau蛋白、S100B、NSE水平的变化。结果2组治疗前血清Tau蛋白、S100B、NSE水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后1、3、7 d血清Tau蛋白、S100B、NSE水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组较对照组降低更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温联合纳美芬可显著降低重型颅脑损伤患者Tau蛋白、S100B、NSE的水平,降低神经介质水平,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia combined with nalmefene on the levels of serum Tau protein,S100 calcium-binding protein B(S100B),and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Eighty patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received mild hypothermia combined with nalmefene treatment on the basis of the control group’s treatment,both treated for 7 days.The changes in serum Tau protein,S100B,and NSE levels were compared between the 2 groups before treatment and at 1,3,and 7 days after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in serum Tau protein,S100B,and NSE levels between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum Tau protein,S100B,and NSE levels in both groups were significantly reduced at 1,3,and 7 days compared to those before treatment,and the experimental group showed a more significant reduction than the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia combined with nalmefene can significantly reduce the levels of Tau protein,S100B and NSE,reduce the neurotransmitter levels and improve the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
