司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度银屑病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度银屑病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2024年2月惠东县人民医院收治的98例中重度银屑病患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为对照组(n=49)与治疗组(n=49)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用司库奇尤单抗治疗。比较两组症状严重程度、代谢指标、肝功能及生活质量评分。结果:治疗前,两组银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PASI评分降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组DLQI评分降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规疗法(阿维A胶囊联合他克莫司软膏),司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度银屑病的临床效果更好,可有效降低银屑病皮损程度,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of secukinumab in treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with moderate to severe psoriasis who were admitted to Huidong People's Hospital from September 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=49)and a treatment group(n=49)by random sampling method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group received secukinumab treatment.The symptom severity,metabolic indicators,liver function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PASI scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the DLQI scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional therapy(acitretin capsule combined with tacrolimus ointment),secukinumab has a better clinical effect in the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis,and can effectively reduce the degree of psoriasis lesions and improve the quality of life of patients.
