摘　　要：目的:探究CT引导下聚桂醇联合无水乙醇硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法:将2021年3月—2024年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院妇科100例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者分为观察组(n=50,CT引导下聚桂醇联合无水乙醇硬化治疗)和对照组(n=50,CT引导下无水乙醇硬化治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组囊肿直径小于对照组,卵巢体积大于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,卵巢功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CT引导下聚桂醇联合无水乙醇硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果较好,能够改善患者临床症状、血液指标、卵巢功能,减少不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of CT-guided lauromacrogol and dehydrated alcohol sclerotherapy in treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts.Methods:100 patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts in the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to March 2024 were divided into an observation group(n=50,treated with CT guided poly(cinnamyl alcohol)combined with anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy)and a control group(n=50,treated with CT guided anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy).Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:After treatment,the cyst diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the ovary volume was larger than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the ovarian function was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT-guided lauromacrogol and dehydrated alcohol sclerotherapy in treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts has a good clinical effect,and can improve the clinical symptoms,blood indexes and ovarian function of patients,and reduce adverse reactions.
