摘　　要：目的:分析口服地屈孕酮与宫内放置曼月乐环预防子宫内膜息肉(EP)宫腔镜切除术后复发的效果。方法:将2022年1月—2023年6月于惠州市中大惠亚医院行宫腔镜切除术的60例单发EP患者随机分为单发A组、单发B组,将同期行宫腔镜切除术的60例多发EP患者随机分为多发A组、多发B组,每组均为30例。单发A组、多发A组术后给予地屈孕酮治疗,单发B组、多发B组术后于宫内放置曼月乐环治疗。比较单发两组和多发两组复发率、经期时间、子宫内膜厚度。结果:术后6、9、12个月,单发B组复发率低于单发A组(P<0.05),多发B组复发率低于多发A组(P<0.05)。术前,单发两组和多发两组经期时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、9、12个月,单发两组和多发两组经期时间缩短,且单发B组经期时间短于单发A组,多发B组经期时间短于多发A组(P<0.05)。术前,单发两组和多发两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、9、12个月,单发两组和多发两组子宫内膜厚度减小,且单发B组子宫内膜厚度小于单发A组,多发B组子宫内膜厚度小于多发A组(P<0.05)。结论:与口服地屈孕酮相比,EP宫腔镜切除术患者术后放置曼月乐环更有利于降低复发率,缩短经期时间,改善子宫内膜厚度。Objective:To analyze the effect of oral dydrogesterone and intrauterine placement of Mirena ring on preventing postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps(EP)after hysteroscopic resection.Methods:A total of 60 patients with singleepisode EP who underwent hysteroscopic resection in Hui Ya Hospital of The First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into single-episode group A and single-episode group B.A total of 60 patients with multiple-episode EP who underwent hysteroscopic resection during the same period were randomly divided into multiple-episode group A and multiple-episode group B.Each group contained 30 cases.Both single-episode group A and multiple-episode group A were treated with dydrogesterone after surgery.Both single-episode group B and multiple-episode group B were treated with intrauterine placement of Mirena ring after surgery.The recurrence rate,menstrual cycle and endometrial thickness in two single-episode groups and two multiple-episode groups were compared.Results:At 6,9 and 12 months after surgery,the recurrence rate in single-episode group B was lower than that in single-episode group A(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in multiple-episode group B was lower than that in multiple-episode group A(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle between two single-episode groups and two multiple-episode groups(P>0.05).At 6,9 and 12 months after surgery,the menstrual cycle in two single-episode groups and two multiple-episode groups shortened,and the menstrual cycle in single-episode group B was shorter than that in single-episode group A,and the menstrual cycle in multiple-episode group B was shorter than that in multiple-episode group A(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between two single-episode groups and two multiple-episode groups(P>0.05).At 6,9 and 12 months after surgery,the endometrial thickness in two single-episode groups and two multiple-episode g
