摘 要:目的:探讨肺炎支原体免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)联合检测在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:抽取2023年4月—2024年4月江门市新会区人民医院接诊的82例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为观察组,抽取同期体检的健康儿童21例作为对照组。两组儿童均开展肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR检测。对比两组肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR水平,分析肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR单独检测以及联合检测诊断儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效能。结果:观察组肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR以及联合检测诊断儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的AUC分别为0.783、0.817、0.835、0.886,均具有良好的诊断价值,且联合检测诊断效能更高。结论:肺炎支原体IgM抗体、hs-CRP、NLR联合检测在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊断中的应用价值较高,能够为临床诊治儿童肺炎支原体肺炎提供客观依据。Objective:To investigate the application value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae immunoglobulin M(IgM)antibody,hyper⁃sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)combined detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 82 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated in Xinhui People's Hospital of Jiangmen City from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 21 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Children in both groups were tested for Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP and NLR.The levels of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP and NLR were compared between the two groups.The efficacy of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP and NLR alone and combined detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children was analyzed.Results:The levels of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP and NLR in the observation group were higher than those in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).The AUC of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP,NLR and combined detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children were 0.783,0.817,0.835 and 0.886,respectively,which had good diagnostic value and the combined detection had higher diagnostic efficacy.Conclusion:The combined detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody,hs-CRP and NLR in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has high application value,and can provide an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
