摘 要:目的:探讨多模态影像引导定位技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗后瘤床定位中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月于宁夏医科大学总医院肿瘤医院接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=30)、对照组(n=30)。两组患者行新辅助化疗后,对照组采取常规超声体表定位方法定位瘤床,观察组采取多模态影像引导定位方法定位瘤床。比较两组瘤床定位准确率,二次手术率、保乳率、前哨淋巴结活检率、患者满意度。结果:观察组瘤床定位准确率较对照组高(P=0.038)。观察组二次手术率低于对照组,早期乳腺癌保乳率、前哨淋巴结活检率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:多模态影像引导定位技术在乳腺癌新辅助化疗后瘤床定位中的应用效果较好,可提高瘤床定位准确率,降低患者二次手术率,提高患者保乳率及淋巴结活检率,患者满意度得以提高。Objective:To investigate the effect of multimodal image-guided localization technique in tumor bed localization of breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Cancer Hospital of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study ob⁃jects,and randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the tumor bed was located by conventional ultrasonic body surface localization in the control group and multimodal image-guided localiza⁃tion in the observation group.The time and accuracy of localization operation,secondary operation,breast-conserving and sentinel lymph node biopsy and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The accuracy of tumor bed localiza⁃tion in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.038);the rate of second operation in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the rate of early breast cancer breast preservation and sentinel lymph node biopsy were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.007).Con⁃clusion:The application of multimodal image-guided localization technology in tumor bed localization after neoadjuvant chemo⁃therapy for breast cancer is good,which can improve the accuracy of tumor bed localization,reduce the rate of second surgery,im⁃prove the rate of breast preservation and lymph node biopsy,and improve patient satisfaction.
