摘　　要：目的:分析以健康管理师为主导的延续健康指导在脑出血康复期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年12月潮州市中心医院收治的脑出血康复期患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字法分为对照组、研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施以健康管理师为主导的延续健康指导。比较两组治疗依从性、心理状态评分及生活质量评分。结果:研究组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以健康管理师为主导的延续健康指导在脑出血康复期患者中的应用效果良好,能够提高患者治疗依从性,缓解负面情绪,改善生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of health manager-dominant continuing health guidance in the rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage in rehabilitation period who were admitted to Chaozhou Central Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received health manager-dominant continuing health guidance on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,psychological status scores and quality of life scores were compared between two groups.Results:The total treatment compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores in two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health manager-dominant continuing health guidance has good application effect in the rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and can improve the treatment compliance of patients,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
