摘　　要：目的:探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位按摩在阴道分娩后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在清远市妇幼保健院阴道分娩后尿潴留患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位按摩。比较两组干预效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组首次自行排尿时间较早,首次排尿量较多(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组产后24 h出血量较少、泌尿系统感染率较低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组自行排尿总有效率较高(P<0.001)。结论:低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位按摩在阴道分娩后尿潴留患者中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者自行排尿,减少产后24 h出血量、泌尿系统感染率。Objective:To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage in patients with urinary retention after vaginal delivery.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with urinary retention after vaginal delivery in Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the first spontaneous urination time of the observation group was shorter and the first urine volume was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,24 h postpartum blood loss and urinary system infection rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05);compared with control group,the total effective rate of spontaneous urination in observation group was higher(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage in patients with urinary retention after vaginal delivery has a good effect,which can promote patients to urinate on their own,reduce postpartum 24 h blood loss and urinary system infection rate.
