PDCA循环管理在消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在消毒供应室腹腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1—6月徐州市中心医院消毒供应室接收的2080件腹腔镜手术器械与工作人员25名作为改进前组(实施常规管理),将2022年7—12月接收的2060件腹腔镜手术器械与工作人员25名作为改进后组(采取PDCA循环管理)。对比两组医护工作者职业倦怠感、职业承诺水平以及器械管理质量与不良事件发生情况。结果:改进后组医护人员通用版马斯拉赫倦怠量表评分低于改进前组,职业承诺问卷评分高于改进前组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改进后组目测器械清洗合格、隐血试验器械清洗合格率以及包装合格率高于改进前组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改进后组器械配件缺失、器械功能不全、器械损坏发生率低于改进前组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理在消毒供应室腹腔镜手术器械管理中的应用效果良好,能够有效提升消毒供应室器械管理质量,降低器械安全隐患发生率,同时可以减轻医护工作者职业倦怠感,改善职业承诺水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the management of laparoscopic instru⁃ments in disinfection supply room.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2022,a total of 2080 laparoscopic surgical instruments received by the disinfection supply room of Xuzhou Central Hospital and 25 staff were used as the pre-improvement group(rou⁃tine management was implemented).From July 2022 to December 2022,a total of 2060 laparoscopic surgical instruments re⁃ceived and 25 staff were used as the post-improvement group(PDCA cycle management was implemented).The professional burn⁃out,professional commitment level,quality of instrument management and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey of medical staff in the post-improvement group was lower than that in the pre-improvement group,the score of Professional Commitment Scale in the post-improvement group was higher than that in the pre-improvement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of instrument clean⁃ing by visual inspection,qualified rate of instrument cleaning by occult blood test and the qualified rate of packaging in the postimprovement group were higher than those in the pre-improvement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of missing instrument accessories,instrument function defect and instrument damage in the post-improvement group were lower than those in the pre-improvement group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle management in the management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in the disinfection sup⁃ply room is good,which can effectively improve the quality of instrument management in the disinfection supply room,reduce the incidence of potential safety hazards of the instruments,and relieve the professional burnout of medical staff and improve the level of professional commitment.
