摘　　要：目的:分析PDCA循环管理在眼科手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2017年1月于汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心进行眼科手术的50例患者作为对照组,选择2017年2月—2018年2月进行眼科手术的50例患者作为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理。比较两组缝针丢失发生率、器械管理质量、患者满意度。结果:观察组缝针丢失发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组管理记录、规范使用器械、器械管理、无菌状态、器械规范摆放评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理在眼科手术器械管理中的应用效果较好,能够降低缝针丢失率,提高器械管理质量与患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the management of ophthalmic surgical in⁃struments.Methods:A total of 50 patients who underwent ophthalmic surgery at STU/CUHK Joint Shantou International Eye Cen⁃ter from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients who underwent ophthalmic surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented PDCA cycle management.The incidence of needle loss,the quality of instrument management,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of needle loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of management records,standardized use of instruments,instrument man⁃agement,sterility status,and standardized placement of instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management has a good application effect in the management of ophthalmic surgical instruments,and can reduce the rate of needle loss,improve the quality of instrument management and patient satisfaction.
