全程优质管理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程优质管理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法:抽取2023年3—9月徐州市中医院消毒供应中心接收的手术器械50件以及工作人员18名作为对照组,抽取2023年10月—2024年3月消毒供应中心接收的手术器械50件以及工作人员18名作为观察组。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取全程优质管理。比较两组手术器械管理质量、工作人员工作质量和手术器械质量满意度。结果:观察组手术器械损坏率低于对照组,清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员服务态度、供应及时性、回收及时性、手术器械质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术器械质量总满意度高于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:全程优质管理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果显著,可提升手术器械管理质量、工作人员工作质量和手术器械质量满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-process high-quality management in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 50 surgical instruments received by the disinfection supply center of Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to September 2023 and 18 staff were selected as the control group.A total of 50 surgical instruments received by the disinfection supply center from October 2023 to March 2024 and 18 staff were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received whole-process high-quality management.The management quality of surgical instruments,working quality of staff and satisfaction with surgical instrument quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical instrument damage rate,cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate and sterilization pass rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of staff service attitude,supply timeliness,recovery timeliness and surgical instrument quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with the quality of surgical instruments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application effect of whole-process high-quality management in the management of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center is significant,which can improve the management quality of surgical instruments,working quality of staff and satisfaction with surgical instrument quality.
