摘　　要：目的:分析柴胡疏肝散联合常规西药治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月太仓市科教新城社区卫生服务中心收治的60例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为参考组和研究组,各30例。参考组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在参考组基础上给予柴胡疏肝散。比较两组治疗效果、中医症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参考组(P=0.011);治疗后,两组上腹部疼痛、嗳气、胀满评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于参考组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合常规西药治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic erosive gastritis admitted to the Taicang Science and Education New Town Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group using envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the study group received Chaihu Shugan Powder treatment on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects,TCM symptom scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.011).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,belching and fullness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with conventional western medicine has significant effects in treating chronic erosive gastritis,and can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients with a high safety.
