中医食疗、中药联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中医食疗、中药联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的80例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予中医食疗、中药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.003)。治疗后,两组纳呆食少、疲倦、面黄肌瘦、胃脘痛评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组复发率低于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:中医食疗、中药联合常规西药治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,降低复发率,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine in treating gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type admitted to Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,occurrence of adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.003).After treatment,the scores of anorexia,poor appetite,fatigue,emaciated look and epigastric pain in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy and traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional Western medicine have significant clinical effects in the treatment of gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type,and can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate with a high safety.
