养阴清肺汤加减联合常规西药治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析养阴清肺汤加减联合常规西药治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的效果。方法:选取2023年7—12月苏州市吴中区太湖国家旅游度假区人民医院收治的82例肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患者作为研究对象,随机分为传统组与观察组,各41例。传统组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在传统组基础上采用养阴清肺汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效,发热、咳痰、咳嗽消失时间,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于传统组(P=0.019)。观察组发热、咳痰、咳嗽症状消退时间早于传统组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、WBC水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清肺汤加减联合常规西药治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的效果显著,可促进患者症状缓解,减轻炎性反应,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 82 patients with cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the People's Hospital of Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone in Suzhou City Wuzhong District from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a traditional group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on the basis of traditional group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of fever,expectoration and cough,and levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group(P=0.019).The regression time of fever,expectoration and cough symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and WBC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and can promote symptom relief and reduce inflammatory reaction in patients,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
