苏合香丸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析苏合香丸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取连云港市东海县中医院2022年2月—2024年6月收治的急性脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,采用双色球法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予苏合香丸治疗。比较两组神经功能、生活能力、炎性因子水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组神经功能评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活能力评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P=0.011)。结论:苏合香丸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果显著,可减轻炎性反应,改善神经功能及生活能力。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Suhexiang pill combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Donghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by bicolor ball method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with Suhexiang pill on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,life ability,inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the neurological function scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The life ability scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate(P=0.011).Conclusion:Suhexiang pill combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction have significant clinical effects,and can relieve inflammatory reaction and improve neurological function and life ability.
