推拿联合温针灸治疗慢性腰肌劳损的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析推拿联合温针灸治疗慢性腰肌劳损的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月义乌市中心医院医共体江东院区收治的慢性腰肌劳损患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予推拿治疗。比较两组腰椎功能、疼痛情况、临床疗效、症状积分。结果:治疗后,两组腰椎功能、疼痛评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.031)。治疗后,两组腰椎刺痛、腰冷痛、转侧不利评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合温针灸治疗慢性腰肌劳损的效果显著,可改善患者腰椎功能,减轻疼痛等临床症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of massage combined with warming needle moxibustion in treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain who were treated in Jiangdong Branch of Yiwu Central Hospital Medical Community from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of control group.The lumbar function,pain,clinical efficacy and symptom score were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the lumbar function and pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.031).After treatment,the scores of lumbar stabbing pain,lumbar cold pain,and unfavorable turning or movement in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with warming needle moxibustion has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain,and can improve the lumbar function of patients,and relieve pain and other clinical symptoms.
