加味阳和汤、冲和膏联合常规西医治疗在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析加味阳和汤、冲和膏联合常规西医治疗在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月江阴市中医外科医院收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味阳和汤、冲和膏。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛、红肿、肿块硬度评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.040);治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味阳和汤、冲和膏联合常规西医治疗在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低炎性反应,提高用药安全性。Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified Yanghe decoction and Chonghe paste combined with conventional western medicine in patients with plasma cell mastitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with plasma cell mastitis admitted to Jiangyin Surgery Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with modified Yanghe decoction and Chonghe paste on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of pain,redness,swelling and mass hardness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.040).After treatment,the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified Yanghe decoction and Chonghe paste combined with conventional western medicine in patients with plasma cell mastitis has significant effects,and can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions and improve the medication safety.
