以家庭为中心的护理在门诊急性中耳炎患儿中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析以家庭为中心的护理在门诊急性中耳炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月于鹤山市人民医院就诊的急性中耳炎患儿80例作为研究对象,以信封法随机分为对比组和试验组,各40例。对比组实施常规护理,试验组实施以家庭为中心的护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组床上洗发、耳部滴药、鼻腔滴药评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对比组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组鼓膜充血、耳痛评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对比组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组情感功能、生理功能、学校表现和社交功能评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对比组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组品行问题、情绪问题、多动/注意缺陷、同伴交往问题评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的护理在门诊急性中耳炎患儿中的应用效果较好,可提高家属护理技能,改善患儿临床症状、行为和情绪问题,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of family-centered nursing in children with acute otitis media in outpatient clinics.Methods:A total of 80 children with acute otitis media who visited Heshan People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by the envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received familycentered nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of bed shampooing,ear drops,and nasal drops in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tympanic membrane hyperemia and ear pain in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of emotional function,physiological function,school performance,and social function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of conduct problems,emotional problems,hyperactivity/attention deficit,and peer interaction problems in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family-centered nursing has a good effect in children with acute otitis media in outpatient clinics.It can improve family member's nursing skills,ameliorate clinical symptoms,behavioral and emotional problems of children,and improve their quality of life.
