摘　　要：目的:基于Delphi法构建环状软骨上喉部分切除术(SCPL)后吞咽困难快速康复护理方案。方法:组建研究小组,查阅文献资料并结合SCPL后吞咽困难患者需求初步制定快速康复护理方案,利用Delphi法,邀请21名专家进行专家函询,基于肯德尔和谐系数(Kendall's W)与专家权威系数(Cr)等指标的分析,确定最终护理方案。结果:2轮专家函询有效回收率均为100%,21名专家的Cr为0.895,第1轮Kendall's W为0.80,第2轮Kendall's W为0.85。最终确定SCPL后吞咽困难快速康复护理方案包括4个维度,14个条目,条目重要性评分均>4分,变异系数<0.20。结论:本研究中专家参与研究的积极程度与权威程度较高,意见协调程度良好,构建的SCPL后吞咽困难快速康复护理方案具有科学性。Objective:To construct rapid rehabilitation nursing plans for dysphagia after supracricoid partial laryngectomy(SCPL)based on Delphi method.Methods:Through the study team establishment and the literature retrieval,the rapid rehabilitation nursing plans were preliminarily formulated according to the needs of patients with dysphagia after SCPL.Using the Delphi method,21 experts were invited to conduct expert letter inquiries.Based on the analysis of Kendall's coefficient of concordance(Kendall's W)and expert authority coefficient(Cr),the final nursing plans were determined.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries was 100%.The Cr of 21 experts was 0.895.The Kendall's W was 0.80 for round 1 and was 0.85 round 2.The final rapid rehabilitation nursing plans for dysphagia after SCPL consisted of 4 dimensions and 14 items.The item importance score was>4 points,and the coefficient of variation was<0.20.Conclusion:The expert participation in the study has a high degree of activity and authority,and the degree of opinion coordination is good.The constructed rapid rehabilitation nursing plans for dysphagia after SCPL is scientific.
