激励护理联合手术室整体护理在髋部骨折患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析激励护理联合手术室整体护理在髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月核工业四一七医院收治的髋部骨折患者110例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(60例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施激励护理联合手术室整体护理。比较两组手术指标、心理弹性、护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,首次排气时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组心理弹性、护理满意度评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:激励护理联合手术室整体护理在髋部骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可改善手术指标,提高患者心理弹性和护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of incentive nursing combined with holistic nursing in operating room for patients with hip fracture.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hip fracture admitted to the Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received incentive nursing combined with holistic nursing in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The surgical indicators,psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first exhaust time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of incentive nursing combined with holistic nursing in the operating room for patients with hip fracture has significant effects,and can ameliorate surgical indicators and improve patients'psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction.
