品管圈护理在视频脑电图监测中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈护理在继发性癫痫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月淮安市金湖县人民医院收治的高度疑似继发性癫痫行视频脑电图监测的患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施品管圈护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:相较于对照组,试验组护理总满意度、治疗总依从性更高(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率、监测伪差总发生率、监测干扰总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈护理在继发性癫痫患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者视频脑电图监测依从性、护理满意度,降低不良反应、监测伪差、监测干扰发生率,缓解患者负面情绪。Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality control circle nursing in patients with secondary epilepsy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with highly suspected secondary epilepsy who underwent video EEG monitoring in Jinhu County People's Hospital of Huaian City from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received quality control circle nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,total satisfaction with care,total treatment compliance was higher in the trial group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014).The total incidences of adverse reactions,monitoring artifacts and monitoring interference in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle nursing in patients with secondary epilepsy is significant,which can improve patients'compliance with video EEG monitoring and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidences of adverse reactions,monitoring artifacts and monitoring interference,and alleviate patients'negative emotions.
