基于护患沟通技巧的护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析基于护患沟通技巧的护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年4月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院行胃癌根治术的患者82例作为研究对象,经电脑随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于护患沟通技巧的护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P=0.048)。护理后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、生理功能、心理功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.013)。结论:基于护患沟通技巧的护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者治疗依从性、生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing care based on nurse-patient communication skills in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 82 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using computers,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received nursing care based on nurse-patient communication skills.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.048).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,physiological function and psychological function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application of nursing care based on nurse-patient communication skills in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer has significant effects,and can improve patients'treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
