品管圈在医院病案信息质量管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈在医院病案信息质量管理中的应用效果。方法:苏州大学附属儿童医院病案统计室于2022年1月开始实施品管圈管理,选取2021年1—12月病历资料1800份作为对照组,选取2022年1—12月病历资料1800份作为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施品管圈管理。比较两组病案信息差错发生率、病案管理质量、医护人员满意度。结果:观察组病案首页信息上报错误率、首页信息诊断错误率低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组病案管理质量总优良率高于对照组(P<0.001)。医护人员对观察组病案的满意度高于对照组(P=0.034)。结论:品管圈在医院病案信息质量管理中的应用效果显著,可降低病案信息差错率,提高病案管理质量和医护人员满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality control circle on medical record information quality management in hospitals.Methods:In January 2022,the Medical Records Statistics Office of the Children's Hospital of Soochow University began to implement the quality control circle management.A total of 1800 medical records from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group and 1800 medical records from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented quality control circle management.The incidence of medical record information errors,the quality of medical record management,and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results:The reporting error rate of information on the first page of medical records and the diagnosis error rate of information on the first page in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The overall excellent rate of medical record management quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of medical staff with medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).Conclusion:The application effect of quality control circle in hospital medical record information quality management is remarkable,which can reduce the error rates of medical record information,and improve the quality of medical record management and the satisfaction of medical staff.
