摘  要:目的探讨利培酮联合社会认知交互训练对救助的精神分裂症患者自知力、应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月秦皇岛市九龙山医院收治的救助的精神分裂症患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。观察组接受利培酮与社会认知交互训练联合治疗,对照组接受利培酮单一治疗,两组均治疗2个月。分析比较两组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、应对方式量表(CSQ)及生活质量量表(GQOLI-74)评分变化,以及治疗相关不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组PANSS、ITAQ、CSQ和GQOLI-74评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组PANSS评分低于对照组[(44.28±4.98)分比(65.15±5.05)分],ITAQ、GQOLI-74得分以及CSQ前3项得分均高于对照组[ITAQ得分(12.41±1.87)分比(8.73±2.04)分,GQOLI-74得分(188.10±4.56)分比(152.76±4.89)分,CSQ前3项得分(25.88±0.45)分比(18.41±0.53)分],CSQ后3项得分低于对照组[(15.73±1.85)分比(17.49±1.76)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043)。结论利培酮联合社会认知交互训练能有效提高救助的精神分裂症患者自知力和生活质量,改善其症状严重程度及应对方式,还能减少不良反应发生风险。Objective To investigate the effects of risperidone combined with social cognitive interaction training on insight,coping strategies and quality of life in rescued patients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty rescued patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to Qinhuangdao Jiulongshan Hospital through the city rescue station from May 2020 to May 2022 were recruited into the study.The patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received a combination of risperidone and social cognitive interaction training,while the control group received only risperidone treatment.The treatment period was two months.The changes in the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),coping strategies questionnaire(CSQ),and the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment,along with the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in PANSS,ITAQ,CSQ,and GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(44.28±4.98)points vs(65.15±5.05)points],and the scores of ITAQ,GQOLI-74,and the first 3 items of CSQ were higher than those of the control group[ITAQ score(12.41±1.87)points vs(8.73±2.04)points,GQOLI-74 score(188.10±4.56)points vs(152.76±4.89)]points.The first 3 items CSQ scores[(25.88±0.45)points vs(18.41±0.53)points],and the last 3 items CSQ scores was lower than that of the control group[(15.73±1.85)points vs(17.49±1.76)points],with statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).Conclusion Risperidone combined with social cognitive interacti
