摘  要:目的分析鼻病毒对哮喘患儿日间呼吸道症状以及血清中瘦素(Leptin)、嗜酸性粒细胞源性神经毒素(EDN)水平的影响。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月杭州市儿童医院收治的68例鼻病毒感染哮喘患儿为研究对象,另外选取65例未发生鼻病毒感染的哮喘患儿为对照组。观察两组日间呼吸道症状、血清中Leptin、EDN水平,分析日间呼吸道症状与Leptin、EDN的相关性。结果与对照组相比,观察组日间咳嗽、喘息、肺内哮鸣音、呼吸困难发生率较高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组血清中Leptin(7.02±0.81 vs.8.48±0.93)、EDN(125.62±24.31 vs.253.05±38.19)表达水平较高(P<0.05)。与无、轻度咳嗽、喘息、肺内哮鸣音、呼吸困难患儿相比,中度、重度咳嗽(7.35±0.84 vs.8.33±0.96 vs.9.05±1.02)/(182.36±28.27 vs.244.17±36.51 vs.305.14±40.05)、喘息(7.58±0.86 vs.8.21±0.94 vs.9.02±1.02)/(176.25±26.27 vs.221.32±34.03 vs.285.14±36.34)、肺内哮鸣音(7.62±0.84 vs.8.36±0.92 vs.8.77±0.99)/(173.25±22.14 vs.255.36±34.05 vs.296.05±37.35)、呼吸困难(7.85±0.86 vs.8.33±0.92 vs.9.15±1.06)/(185.36±29.36 vs.247.01±33.48 vs.321.11±42.05)患儿血清中Leptin、EDN表达水平较高P<0.05);与中度咳嗽、喘息、肺内哮鸣音、呼吸困难患儿相比,重度咳嗽、喘息、肺内哮鸣音、呼吸困难患儿血清中Leptin、EDN表达水平较高(P<0.05)相关性分析显示,哮喘患儿日间呼吸道症状与Leptin、EDN水平具有相关性,且均为正相关(P<0.05)。结论鼻病毒感染可使哮喘患儿日间呼吸道症状加重,并促使患儿血清中Leptin、EDN表达水平升高。Objective To analyze the effects of rhinovirus on daytime respiratory symptoms and serum levels of leptin and eosinophil derived neurotoxin(EDN)in children with asthma.Methods A total of 68 asthmatic children with rhinovirus infection admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and an additional 65 asthmatic children without rhinovirus infection were selected as the control group.Observe the daytime respiratory symptoms and serum levels of leptin and EDN in two groups,and analyze the correlation between daytime respiratory symptoms and leptin and EDN.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher incidence of daytime cough,wheezing,pulmonary wheezing,and dyspnea(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression levels of Leptin(7.02±0.81 vs.8.48±0.93)and EDN(125.62±24.31 vs.253.05±38.19)in the serum of the study group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with children with no,mild cough,wheezing,pulmonary wheezing,and dyspnea,moderate and severe cough(7.35±0.84 vs.8.33±0.96 vs.9.05±1.02)/(182.36±28.27 vs.244.17±36.51 vs.305.14±40.05),wheezing(7.58±0.86 vs.8.21±0.94 vs.9.02±1.02)/(176.25±26.27 vs.221.32±34.03 vs.285.14±36.34)Pulmonary wheezing(7.62±0.84 vs.8.36±0.92 vs.8.77±0.99)/(173.25±22.14 vs.255.36±34.05 vs.296.05±37.35),dyspnea(7.85±0.86 vs.8.33±0.92 vs.9.15±1.06)/(185.36±29.36 vs.247.01±33.48 vs.321.11±42.05),children have higher levels of Leptin and EDN expression in their serum(P<0.05);Compared with children with moderate cough,wheezing,pulmonary wheezing,and dyspnea,children with severe cough,wheezing,pulmonary wheezing,and dyspnea had higher levels of serum Leptin and EDN expression(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that daytime respiratory symptoms in children with asthma were correlated with Leptin and EDN levels,and both were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhinovirus infection can exacerbate daytime respiratory symptoms in children with asthma and increase the expression levels of leptin a
