摘  要:目的探讨一胎返岗婴儿母亲生育意向现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年6—8月于湖南省临湘市妇幼保健院、株洲市妇幼保健院以及邵东市中医医院儿保科带健康单胎婴儿做常规健康体检的406例一胎返岗婴儿母亲作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、中文版婴儿母亲育儿支持问卷、职业紧张测量核心量表、生育意向调查问卷对其进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析一胎返岗婴儿母亲生育意向的影响因素。结果一胎返岗婴儿母亲生育意向、育儿支持、职业紧张总分分别为3.00(2.00,4.00)分、85.00(75.00,107.00)、37.00(31.00,44.00)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、现有子女性别、人均月收入、育儿支持及职业紧张进入回归方程(P<0.01)。结论一胎返岗婴儿母亲生育意向处于中等水平、育儿支持较好及职业紧张处于中等偏下水平。年龄、现有子女性别、人均月收入、育儿支持及职业紧张是一胎返岗婴儿母亲生育意向的影响因素。建议国家完善并落实“双减”政策、加大生育优惠补贴力度;社会加大女性权益宣传力度,加强男女平等的观念;社区鼓励老年人提供隔代照料;政府和用人单位营造女性就业保护环境;用人单位适当授权赋能,以增强其自主意识;护理人员对一胎返岗婴儿母亲进行心理辅导、健康教育等,以提高一胎返岗婴儿母亲的生育意向。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of the reproductive intention of mothers with one child who have returned to work.Methods Using convenience sampling,406 mothers of singleton infants who returned to work after childbirth and brought their healthy singleton infants for routine health check-ups at Children's Health Care Department of Linxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Zhuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and Shaodong Traditional Chinese Hospital in Hunan Province from June to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.A general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the infant mother parenting support questionnaire,the job tension core scale,and the fertility intention survey questionnaire were used to investigate the factors influencing the fertility intentions of mothers returning to work after their first child.Results The total scores for the fertility intention,parenting support,and job tension among mothers who returned to work after their first child were 3.00(2.00,4.00),85.00(75.00,107.00),and 37.00(31.00,44.00)respectively.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that age,gender of existing children,per capita monthly income,parenting support,and job tension were entered the regression equation(P<0.01).Conclusion The fertility intention of first-time mothers returning to work is moderate,parenting support and job tension is slightly below the middle.Age,existing children's gender,per capita monthly income,parenting support,and job tension are factors that influence the fertility intentions of mothers returning to work their first child.It is recommended that the country improve and implement the"double reduction"policy,and increase the subsidies for childbirth.Society should increase the publicity of women's rights and strengthen the concept of gender equality.The community encourages the elderly to provide intergenerational care.The government and employers create a protective environment for women's employment.Emplo
