摘 要:永久性心脏起搏器(PPM)植入术是临床治疗慢性心律失常、心力衰竭的重要手段,可通过电极导线传导脉冲刺激心脏兴奋与收缩,以达到有效维持心搏的治疗目标.随着起搏技术发展和临床推广应用,以心肺功能为核心的运动康复训练逐渐受到心血管领域的广泛关注,可根据患者运动负荷上限合理设计运动康复训练方案,调整运动强度,以最大程度改善患者心肺功能.目前临床致力于研究PPM植入患者术后护理干预相关方向,涉及运动康复训练的研究论述较为分散且综述类文献相对缺乏系统的循证基础,基于此,本研究搜集并整理PPM植入术后运动康复训练相关研究,并对心功能的影响进行综述,以期为临床拓展并优化PPM植入术后患者运动康复路径、指导临床实践及推动学术交叉研究提供科学依据.Permanent pacemaker(PPM)implantation is an important means of clinical treatment for chronic arrhythmia and heart failure,which can stimulate cardiac excitation and contraction through electrode wire-conducted impulses to achieve the therapeutic goal of effective maintenance of cardiac pacing.With the development of pacing technology and clinical application,cardiopulmonary function as the core of the exercise rehabilitation training has gradually received widespread attention in the cardiovascular field,according to the upper limit of the patient’s exercise load can be reasonably designed exercise rehabilitation training programme,adjusting the intensity of the exercise in order to maximize the improvement of the patient’s cardiopulmonary function.Currently,clinical research is devoted to the direction of postoperative nursing intervention for patients with PPM implantation,but the research on exercise rehabilitation training is scattered and the review literature lacks a systematic evidence-based foundation.Based on this,the present study collects and collates the relevant research on the exercise rehabilitation training after PPM implantation and its impact on cardiac function,with the aim of expanding and optimising the pathway of exercise rehabilitation in patients with PPM implantation,guiding clinical practice and promoting academic cross-fertilisation.This study aims to provide a scientific basis for clinical development and optimisation of the exercise rehabilitation pathway for patients after PPM implantation,to guide clinical practice and to promote academic cross-research.
