摘　　要：胸锁关节脱位伴锁骨近端骨折是一种不常见的创伤,给患者的日常生活带来严重影响.近年来,随着医疗技术的不断进步,胸锁关节脱位伴锁骨近端骨折的治疗取得了较大的进展和一定的临床效果.本文旨在综述胸锁关节脱位伴锁骨近端骨折治疗方面的研究进展,以期为临床诊疗提供参考依据.Dislocation of sternoclavicular joint with proximal clavicle fracture is an uncommon trauma,which has a serious impact on patients’daily life.In recent years,with the continuous progress of medical technology,the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation with proximal clavicle fracture has made great progress and certain clinical effects.This article aims to summarize the research progress in the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation with proximal clavicle fracture,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
